Our fees &
Commission

We like to be fair and transparent with our pricing and fees.

BROKERAGE FEES/COMMISION

Broker/Buyer's agent, commission fee is minimum $3000.00 (Irrespective of purchase price). 

  • Below $100,000.00 - 10%

  • $100,000 - $250,000 - 8-9%

  • $250,000 - $500,000 - 7%

  • $500,000 - $1m - 6%

  • $1m and above 5%

We charge a commission fee based on the agreed selling/purchase price of the Aircraft as seen above. Brokerage fee is based on aircraft in good working order and no damage history. An additional fee of 1% will be applied to all aircraft with damage history. Plus additional expenses. 


SELLER'S AGENT

Complete documentation research including

  • Original equipment from the factory.

  • Modifications on the aircraft

  • Explain value added by are correctly documented

  • Insure all modifications 

  • Correct any discrepancies which will add value for you and buyer.

  • Provide the above in a neat easy to read package to help buyers make a quick educated decision.

  • Travel to potential buyers.

  • Visually inspection of your aircraft

  • Review logs / documentation.

  • Research any history associated with aircraft

  • Digital photos which can be sent within hours.

  • Review repairs and associated paperwork.

  • Review modifications documentation and completion.

  • Estimate values of modifications on aircraft.

  • Review possible corrections of documentation.

  • Provide the above in a neat easy to read package to help buyers make a quick educated decision.

  • Help with export of aircraft.

  • Provide a NAAA appraisal if requested. (Sometimes lenders ask for this information)

BUYER'S AGENT

Due to the need for immediate work on the Aircraft documentation research, we do charge a non-refundable deposit. (Depending on the work and documentation required) You will receive a back up hard copy and digital copy of all documentation and photos of potential aircraft. Hard copies upon request.

 

Our Research and Documentation adds value to your aircraft. This also makes the Aircraft more valuable for the buyer. This research and analysis will make it easy for both buyer and seller to make more informed decision. Some fees are  negotiable/wave-able, if the necessary research/documents are complete and available.

This deposit is credited toward the aircraft buyers agent fee upon successful purchase of an aircraft and will be used for:

  • Visual inspection of Aircraft of interest

  • Logs and Documentation

  • Aircraft Research 

  • Review of Purchase agreement

  • Advise clients on 'offer' prices

  • Pre-purchase Inspection (A&P Mechanic)

  • Transport and Hanging of Aircraft (If required)

  • NTSB Incident/Accident Reports

  • Establishment of ESCROW (if requested)

  • Appraisal of Aircraft

  • Aircraft Chain of Title/Complete Aircraft Records

The final result is a Certified Aircraft Appraisal that is an accurate, unbiased, itemized inventory and multi-page document that will withstand the toughest scrutiny of any Financial, Governmental, or Courtroom audit.
